Nollywood actress Mary Remmy Njoku shared a harrowing experience of narrowly escaping a potentially fatal accident on New Year's Eve. Reflecting on the incident, she expressed gratitude for surviving what could have been a major accident just hours into 2024.

Taking to her Instagram page, the actress credited her escape to the fact that 2023 wasn't her time to leave this world. In light of the close call, Mary Remmy Njoku made a resolution for the new year, vowing to slow down and cherish life every day as if it could be her last.

In her Instagram post, she shared, "Few hours to 2024. I almost didn’t make it. What could have been a major accident averted. Still don’t know how I escaped it. But I did. It wasn’t my time. So, it almost doesn’t count. It’s 2024, and I am still here, thankful for Life. I will slow down and love life every day as if it were going to be my last."

She concluded with a poignant reminder that life is too short to be anything but happy and expressed gratitude for the blessing of another year. The actress's post serves as a testament to the value of appreciating life and the importance of embracing each moment.
